Coming from a farming background in Tirupati, I am currently pursuing a B.Tech in
Computer Science. Initially, I had doubts about pursuing this path. However, after
attempting the MSAT and going through college counseling, I secured admission to a
good college in Tirupati for my chosen field.
Unfortunately, circumstances prevented me from continuing there. In the subsequent
phase, I opted for the Computer Science department in my current college,
Rayalaseema University College of Engineering. Initially, I was not fully convinced
about this career choice, but following the advice of a mentor, I decided to pursue
Computer Science. Even then, I remained uncertain about pursuing engineering in this
field and had to motivate myself to view it as a challenge worth undertaking.
Throughout my first year of graduation, my interest in Computer Science did not
develop, and I continued to contemplate my initial dream of joining the railway
department as a loco pilot. However, during my second year, my interest began to
shift. I found myself increasingly curious about the workings of technology,
particularly how my mobile phone operated. This newfound curiosity sparked a passion
for technology within me. I became motivated to delve into technical pursuits,
gradually shifting my focus from railways to technology and finding enjoyment in the
process.
Luckily, TechSaksham, a program offering free technical courses specifically
tailored for students from rural backgrounds was offered in my college. It was a
stroke of luck to discover this opportunity. Initially, TechSaksham was exclusively
for girls during my second year. However, I stayed connected with friends attending
TechSaksham, who generously shared their knowledge with me. However, in my third
year, TechSaksham had expanded its offerings to include boys as well, and without
hesitation, I seized the opportunity to join. My learning journey with Edunet
Foundation through TechSaksham began from the moment I enrolled for the session. I
eagerly signed up for the deep dive course and immersed myself in developing
projects, relishing every moment of the experience.
I opted for CCWD (Cloud Computing with Web Development). I was apprehensive about
whether I could keep up with the course content, fearing it might be too advanced
for me. Fortunately, the courses started from the basics, allowing me to grasp the
material well. Since I was already studying software development, I chose the CCWD
course, which included learning Microsoft Azure, a unique opportunity for us. The
offline sessions began promptly, and they proved highly effective. Instructors
started with fundamental concepts and taught them thoroughly, making it easier for
us to comprehend and apply the knowledge. They addressed our doubts patiently and
made concerted efforts to elucidate complex concepts. The extensive hands-on
experience further solidified our understanding. The paid individual attention and
the quality of training were exceptional. We delved into in-depth concepts, covering
both front-end and back-end Java programming. Even after the offline sessions
concluded, we continued with online sessions, enabling us to progress
continuously.
During the program, I also created a project titled "Online Feedback System." My
goal was to address practical, everyday issues. For instance, my university lacks an
online ERP portal and management systems, making this project particularly relevant.
Leveraging my development skills, I aimed to fulfill this pressing need within my
college community. Throughout the project's development, I encountered various
challenges and queries, which I resolved with the assistance of my Edunet Foundation
mentors. Their guidance was instrumental in refining the project and introducing new
features based on user feedback. The primary objective of the project was to assess
faculty member skills and gather feedback from students. The principal provided a
feedback questionnaire accessible upon login, allowing students to share feedback
specific to individual faculty members. To ensure anonymity and security, student
names were kept anonymous, and all feedback data was stored in the admin panel. The
principal then shared this feedback with the respective faculty members,
facilitating constructive dialogue and improvement in classroom teaching
experience.
My project was also adjudged as one of the best projects by SAP experts, APSSDC
officials present as jury. My next aim is to secure a job and through TechSaksham
LMS, I am continuously applying for the numerous opportunities offered for us on
regular basis. When I reflect on my journey with TechSaksham, I see a lot of
improvements. With the deep technical understanding through trainings and projects,
along with focused job readiness training, I have gained confidence to appear in the
interviews.

My journey with technology began when I took admission into the BCA program and is
continued as I am currently pursuing my MCA. My mother is a government teacher and
initially I aspired to follow my mother's footsteps and pursue a career in teaching,
However, during my graduation, I developed an interest in technology and its
constant evolution, along with the working with computers. This led me to pursue
further studies exclusively in the technology field.
I have always had a thirst for learning new things, and when I discovered
TECHSAKSHAM and its associated benefits, I enrolled for it. The opportunity to study
cutting-edge technologies like Cloud computing, software development, and Microsoft
Azure fueled my interest further. TECHSAKSHAM was introduced to us through our
college, and after completing the foundation course, I enrolled for Applied Cloud
Computing for Software Development. During my studies, I realized that the MCA
curriculum was overly focused on theoretical knowledge, lacking practical
application. In contrast, the TECHSAKSHAM curriculum prioritizes practical, hands-on
learning, which was required and liked by me. Through this program, I was able to
grasp and understand concepts through practical application, a learning approach
that suited me far better.
During TECHSAKSHAM training, I had the opportunity to delve into Python while
working on a project centered around Artificial Intelligence. With few peers
interested in working with Python, I took on the project solo. Despite the initial
hurdles, I persevered and eventually participated in a Virtual Regional Showcase
Event, where I received positive feedback from experts.
My project within TECHSAKSHAM served as a pivotal opportunity for me to not only
broaden my knowledge but also apply my learnings in a practical setting. When
considering potential topics for my project, I gravitated towards one related to
Artificial Intelligence. This led me to embark on the development of a system for
real-time detection of American Sign Language gestures. The inspiration for this
project stemmed from a personal connection: an individual in my hometown who faced
challenges communicating due to hearing and speech impairments. Witnessing her
struggles with digital interaction sparked the idea for this endeavor.
While the current focus of the project is on American Sign Language, I aspire to
expand its scope by incorporating additional languages and customized features.
Furthermore, I aim to integrate a vast data set encompassing a comprehensive array
of words. In addition, I am actively working to include Indian Sign Language into
the project, alongside the incorporation of more gestures to enhance usability and
functionality for users.
For more realistic results, I decided to make my own dataset and train the model
with the same. It worked well, with an accuracy of 98.02%. This experience taught me
that no matter what challenges come your way, if you keep trying and do not give up,
you can achieve great things.
Before enrolling in the TECHSAKSHAM course, I had some knowledge about HTML and CSS,
but I was not very familiar with JavaScript. However, during the course, I learned
not only Java but also how to connect Java with JavaScript. Additionally, I explored
React JS, which was entirely new to me. I found the learning experience enjoyable
and gained a lot of insights into React JS. Now, I am interested in studying deeper
into full-stack development, thanks to the exposure and learning opportunities
provided by TECHSAKSHAM.
I strongly recommend the TECHSAKSHAM course to all my juniors in college.
This skill-based program offers invaluable opportunities to learn and provides
comprehensive training in the latest technologies, including advancements like AI,
ensuring that students are well-prepared for the demands of the industry.
I am thrilled to share that I have received a job offer from Accenture, I am
set to join Accenture after my final year exams. I attribute a significant part of
my success to TECHSAKSHAM.

I belong to a family of agriculturists, and I have always been passionate about
using my knowledge in the field of technology. I want to contribute to the
agricultural sector. Motivated by a desire to assist farmers with their challenges,
I have actively worked alongside them using various machines. However, I soon
recognized that farmers require assistance not only with hardware but also with
software solutions. To address this need, I began developing software and prototypes
that would enable farmers to access valuable resources more easily. To date, I have
completed around 35 projects, all focused on agricultural applications. I also
developed device known as the animal wandering device, aimed at addressing the
pressing issue of crop protection from wild animals. This device captures images of
intruding animals, identifies them using AI technology, and promptly alerts the
forest department. Leveraging cloud and AI technologies, it serves as a valuable
tool for enhancing safety measures. Additionally, its self-charging feature, powered
by solar panels, ensures uninterrupted functionality.
I dedicate long hours to my work, often pushing myself to complete tasks within 4 to
5 days, sometimes even sacrificing sleep to meet deadlines. Currently, I am
concurrently employed at three different startups, where I handle various projects
