SAP Volunteering Engagement
SAP Learning League Volunteering Learning League by SAP MENTORS – virtual event by SAP, in which SAP volunteers interacted and mentored students from three colleges in three regions:
Each college was part of three sessions each scheduled on slots from 11 am – 12 noon, 1 pm – 2 pm and then 3 pm – 4 pm. So, in cumulation, there were nine sessions with three distinct batches. The SAP Volunteers and Edunet trainers were allocated batches in accordance with their proficiency in the regional language. The idea was to ensure linguistic comfort for the students and enhance learning retention. The sessions were held on the Microsoft Teams platform and links were shared with the students through WhatsApp groups. While sessions for soft skills and job readiness were done in smaller batches for 30 each, technical sessions were initiated with a larger batch which was broken into smaller groups for activities.
Each One mentor Two Mentee
SAP Labs India under their volunteering program organized an offline workshop on 15th Sept 2022 at their Gurugram office. 44 Students from Mata Sundari College of Delhi University and DSEU Delhi participated in the event. The workshop broadly covered topics like work readiness, job preparedness and financial Literacy and Time Management.
Career Catalyst
SAP experts organised a Career Catalyst session with final year students. This was 120 min sessions where SAP expert covered topics as Speed Mentoring (60 minutes): Resume Building, Common Interview Questions, Time Management, Effective job searching and Mock Interview (60 minutes) and Feedback session (Glow and Grow). 200+ SAP volunteers were engaged with 300+ students from final year.
SAP Sancharak Activity
SAP initiated Sancharak volunteering engagement activity. It was a capacity building training activity for Edunet Trainers. Topics were shared based on course curriculum and training was delivered by SAP volunteers. Below are the details of the activity conducted.
Microsoft Volunteering Engagement
Microsoft GPS TechBridge
Microsoft GPS TechBridge program was launched on July 26th, 2022. In this program students from 10 different colleges of the Techsaksham Program from various geographical locations participated. Through this program, more than 700 students were impacted. The sessions were conducted every week till 17th Oct 2022. These sessions covered various topics such as AI, Data Analytics, Web Designing, Softskills. The soft skills sessions also covered cv writing, LinkedIn profiling and Interview readiness.
